James Mitchell Founder and CEO

James Mitchell is Founder and CEO of Residual Investment Group.  James brings his experience of successfully renovating, selling and managing properties in the Philadelphia Area over the last 5 years.  James also has a solid sales and marketing background spanning over 7 years with Fortune 500 companies. His focus has always been to understand the client’s needs and work to fulfill those needs. James has won several awards, earning praise from high level executives for being able to think outside the box to exceed expectations. Before starting his career, James graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology.  While at PSU James was a member of the football team, earning a 4-year full scholarship and was a 3-time letterman.  James’ passion for real estate is optimal as it enables him to create steady, positive improvement towards his goals as well as others.
